Seaton Film Club was set up in January 2003. Its aim is to bring back the cinema to Seaton! It was decided to show films at the Town Hall on a regular basis, to make the evening complete we serve a hot meal, usually 'Chicken and Chips'. A bar is available, with a typical price of £6 per bottle of wine.

After 3 years of successful performances, we now own all our equipment, and are now in a position to start helping others, in 2006 we purchased a camera costing £725 which was given to a local young man to assist him in his film animation studies at Cardiff university. This year we aim to help Beer Scouts with the purchase of some equipment, the explorer Scouts and the Seaton Jurassic Coast organization will share the balance of the profit from January's film show.

We charge £7 per person which covers both the film and the meal.
